House rules of the “Słoneczna Przystań” guest cottages

1. The cottages are rented by the night.
2. Your stay begins at 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
3. Guests renting a cottage may not hand it over to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid has not yet ended.
4. A booking is considered confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid into the account provided.
5. If a stay is cancelled less than three days before arrival, the deposit paid is forfeited.
6. The charge for the stay and the local tax (climate tax) are collected on the day of arrival and are not refundable in the event of an early departure.
7. Visitors may stay on the property only after notifying the owner in advance and receiving the owner’s consent.
8. The guest renting a cottage bears full financial liability for any damage to or destruction of furnishings and technical equipment caused by the guest or by the guest’s visitors.
9. For fire safety reasons, appliances that are not part of the cottages’ permanent equipment may not be used.
10. Guests’ behaviour must not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
11. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for property left in the cottages, or for vehicles and property inside them left on the premises.
12. Persons who breach these rules are obliged to leave the “Słoneczna Przystań” property immediately, without any refund.

Słoneczna Przystań is three wooden holiday cottages on a fenced property at Wrzosowo 11, 72-400 Wrzosowo, Poland (Kamień Pomorski municipality).

Accommodation services are provided by Przemysław Swatowski, a sole trader operating under the business name Przemysław Swatowski Firma Handlowo-Usługowa, ul. Booking and payments

A cottage can be booked online through the booking system on this website, by phone or by e-mail. Prices shown on the website are indicative – the booking system shows the price for your dates, and the amount in the booking confirmation is binding.

• The booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid into the account provided (rule 4).
• The balance and the local tax are paid on the day of arrival, in cash or by bank transfer (rule 6).
• The amount of the local tax is set by the current resolution of the Kamień Pomorski Town Council.

Bookings made through Booking.com are subject to the payment and cancellation terms stated in the listing on that platform. All other rules apply to every guest.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in: 14:00–18:00. Check-in is self-service, with no reception – before arrival you receive a code to the key safe. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
• Check-out: by 10:00. When leaving, please close the doors and windows and switch off the air conditioning.

If you cannot arrive within these hours, please contact us in advance.

Children, the pool and the shared garden

A maximum of 3 people may stay in one cottage. Children of all ages are welcome, and we will prepare a cot (0–2 years) free of charge on request. In line with child-protection standards, minors may stay at the property only with a parent or guardian.

• The pool is seasonal and unsupervised – it is used at your own risk, and children may be at the pool only under the constant supervision of adults.
• The playground and trampoline – for their intended purpose and under adult supervision.
• Barbecue and campfire – only in the designated places and under supervision; afterwards the fire must be fully extinguished.
• Parking on the property is free and unguarded.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. Smoking is not allowed in the cottages, and parties, including hen and stag parties, are not allowed on the property.

Pets

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the host – please let us know when booking. From the 2027 season a fee of 20 zł per night is charged for a pet.

Pets may not sleep in the beds intended for guests. The owner is responsible for the pet’s behaviour and any damage it causes, cleans up after it on the property and makes sure it does not disturb other guests.

Complaints and final provisions

It is best to tell the host about any issue straight away, during your stay – then we can sort it out on the spot. You can also make a complaint after your departure: by e-mail to przemyslawswatowski@wp.pl or by post to ul. Szpitalna 4, 72-400 Kamień Pomorski, Poland. We will reply within the time limit required by law.

A booking relates to specific dates, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply (Art. 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

Matters not covered by these rules are governed by the Polish Civil Code and, where the guest is a consumer, also by the Consumer Rights Act. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy available on this website. These rules apply from 16 October 2026; changes do not affect bookings confirmed before they were introduced.
